Some perturbed sequences of order one of the Chebyshev polynomials of second kind

We deal with a family of orthogonal polynomials as perturbed of Chebyshev polynomials of second kind. The second-order differential equation satisfied by any polynomial is obtained and the integral representation of the corresponding canonical form is provided.
